Media/Tech Team
WORSHIP SLIDES
From lyric slides to sermon notes, worship slides are an important part of our Worship Services. This volunteer position doesn't require any previous knowledge but does require some training with our Media Director. You'll learn how to run our Worship Service program, Proclaim, and about the responsibilities during service. Worship Slide volunteers usually serve once a month and are required to be at North at 8:30 am the morning you are scheduled to serve.
LIVE STREAM
During the COVID-19 pandemic, live stream services became a necessity. We are excited to be able to continue to provide live stream services at North! Livestream volunteers set up the online links, run the stationary camera during service, and monitor online streams for comments or questions. You don't need any prior experience to be a live stream volunteer, but our Media Director will walk you through some training to get you comfortable with the programs and responsibilities.
SOUND BOOTH
Without our sound guys, there are no mics, no music, and no instruments. Helping out in the sound booth does require some prior knowledge. You should have a basic understanding of a sound board, and (while you don't need to be able to hear perfect pitch) it is helpful if you have an ear for music as well.
