Juice. Crackers. Jesus. Very simply, North Kids seeks to love and bless children with one message: the Gospel. Your child is a special part of the Body of Christ. We desire to bless them through the Holy Spirit by planting seeds of faith. Jesus says in Matthew 19:14, "...the Kingdom of God belongs to these [children]"
Exciting Bible teaching, times of praise and worship, along with an emphasis on missions, all help create a fun atmosphere to grow spiritually!
North Kids offers varied times of care and teaching:
Sunday Morning Small Groups
Sundays at 9:30am
Ages birth through 5th grade.
North Kids small groups are offered for all ages. Your child will be discipled through the Scriptures in a fun and friendly setting. These times offer a "nuts and bolts" approach to learning and growing in the faith. Don't be surprised to hear, "Mommy, I made a friend today!"
Sunday Morning Worship
Sundays at 10:45am
Ages birth through Kindergarten.
North Kids Sunday morning worship is an exciting time of Bible study, worship, prayer, and play. North Kids volunteers provide a Jesus- centered curriculum. We use the Desiring God curriculem, and this series presents the class with a visual lesson from the Old Testament cycling into the New Testament alternating years.
Wednesdays at 6:30pm
Ages birth through 5th grade
"Jesus loves the children, ALL the children of the world..."
North Kids offers a missions emphasis for all ages on Wednesday evenings.
Mission Friends, ages 3-5, is a time centered around praying and learning about both national and international missions.
Boys & Girls Small Groups, grades 1-5, provide a fun hour of journeying through missions and Scripture.
Nursery is also provided during this Wednesday evening hour.
North Kids Check-In Desk
To ensure your kiddos are safe in our care, we have created a simple process for electronic check-in. The North Kids Check-In Desk, located in the center of the Education Building downstairs, is the central station for help and questions. Our enthusiastic North Kids volunteers are easily spotted by wearing a yellow lanyard. They will be happy to assist you and your family.
