Other Opportunities at North
There are many other ways to get involved at North Albemarle Baptist Church.
We have a diverse selection of ministries in which to get connected and serve.
We have a great team of men and women on our Technology team who stay behind the scenes in order to make sure that all of our services run as smoothly as possible. They make sure that microphones are the right volume, the videos play on cue, the lyrics to songs are on the screen and the lighting is just right. This ministry is crucial to our worship services. This ministry links to our website, church events and more!

Worship Team Ministry
The Worship Team exists to lead our congregation in worship through music in our worship services as well as displaying a life led by the Spirit of God. This collection of talented musicians and vocalists guide the church into deeper times of praise and seek to create an atmosphere of worship.

Usher & Greeter Ministry
We desire that every person who walks through our doors feels welcome and at home at North. Our Greeter team is on the front lines, shaking a hand or giving a hug to everyone they meet. Our Ushers make sure that you have all the information you will need while you are here, as well as directing you where to go!

Ministry to Shut-Ins
It is important to us at North that our members feel connected to our church family, no matter what stage of life they are in. Our homebound members are some of the building blocks of our church, having poured years of wisdom and love into the legacy we can enjoy today! The ministry to the shut-ins makes sure that those members feel loved even if they cannot get out to our services.

The objective of Men’s Ministries is to disciple and equip the men of North in their roles as men of God, whether married, single, older, younger. We seek to provide discipleship through teaching, fellowship, and service; providing opportunity for fostering spiritual friendships and developing discipling relationships, so that men can grow in conformity to Christ, specifically in their roles as men.
